Emily M. Lilly
As Vice-President of the company which brings you SPEVCON.com, Emily brings over twenty-five years of experience to the event-planning business. Her expertise and over-all event proficiency ranges from the production of small school/church fundraising affairs to large-scale parades, concerts, grand openings, art shows, and multi-holiday events. As an event programmer, she quickly realized the importance of having a database of contacts to draw from in order to address every arrangement leading to a successful event. She, along with business partner, Jose Schmidt, produced a comprehensive directory of event contacts, and, from that, quickly realized that carrying the same information to the internet would be of greater value and service to a multitude of planners, hence, the SPEVCON.com website was created. She currently serves as Community Resources and Affairs Specialist, City of Boca Raton , Florida , overseeing major events in and around Florida , and serving as a liaison between government and outside agencies, including schools, local service clubs and not-for-profit organizations, corporations, and other multi-generational and multi-cultural groups.
